I read a lot of books. Many are not worth a second read. ? This one is worth reading over again and again.? For those of you looking to raise money now or in the future, Venture Deals is a great investment.? This book was written by a couple of well know venture capitalists.?? They describe it as the book they wished they had when they did their first fund raise.? It takes the reader through the details of the process and the documents, in many cases all the way down to the paragraphs you will see in a term sheet. One thing I really like is that the authors provide the entrepreneurs view via comments from by a serial entrepreneur.?

This is an invaluable resource.? You owe it to yourself to read this before you raise funds for your startup.
