Microsoft and Datel have settled patent-infringement and antitrust cases related to the Xbox 360.
UK-based peripherals firm Datel filed an unfair competition lawsuit against Microsoft in November 2009 after the platform holder moved to block third-party memory units from working on Xbox 360s.
Microsoft then sued Datel for alleged patent infringement in 2010, claiming the company's TurboFire and WildFire wireless Xbox 360 pads illegally copied the console's official controller.
Microsoft spokesman Kevin Kutz confirmed the confidential settlement of the litigation, saying the terms were "to the satisfaction of both parties", Bloomberg reports.
