Nature is Calling

539713_651991638168804_996797311_nThis month we thought it was time to get you feeling inspired about the great outdoors and offer up a few tips for those of you feeling nervous about putting your fitness levels on show out in the public arena. Believe us when we say we know how this feels.? After several bouts of extended illness we have both over the years had to pick ourselves up and start from rock bottom all over again, but do you know what motivates us? Three key things? Fun, Nature & Community

Fun ? Yes I know for some it may sound crazy but moving your body can be serious fun, you just have to find your fun thing and commit to doing it.

Nature ? Being outdoors is good for the soul, hugely grounding, distressing and exhilarating all at once.

Community ? connecting with others who also love doing what you love doing, makes it even more fun and if you can get out and do it in nature then you have hit all three!
